• HUGE Buckeye Party!!!

We have teamed up with the Varsity Club in Columbus and Stubbs Bar B Que in Austin to bring you TWO DAYS of pre-game partying - BUCKEYE STYLE!  Both days we will be enjoying the hospitality of the great folks at Stubbs.  Their outdoor venue will provide a terrific atmosphere for 2000+ fans!

Join us Friday starting at 5:00 PM (till at least midnight). All sorts of beverages will be available, as well as some of the best Bar B Que in Texas!

This will truly be 'THE PLACE TO BE" for Buckeye fans on Friday night.  And for those of you lucky enough to be going on the Boat Trip...join us afterward.  For those going on the Pub Crawl, prime your pump with us first.

• Throwdown Before the Showdown

There is a big event being presented by some local Austin businesses called "The Throwdown Before The Showdown".  It will have much more of a UT feel to it, but the folks have gone out of their way to invite Buckeye fans as well.  There will be food, beer and live music - with the headliner being Robert Earl Keen.  Tickets cost $17. You can buy tickets at their website.

• Party Boat Ride

Thanks for your interest in the Buckeye boat trip! We are offering an authentic Austin experience - drifting down a slow, easy river while sipping your favorite cold drink with other Buckeyes fans. You'll experience a piece of history on Lake Austin when you board The Commodore's Pup, which is the original Lake Austin riverboat and the longest-operating riverboat in Texas.

We anticipate approximately 30,000 buckeyes to be present in Austin for this game weekend. This boat will hold 500 fans. You will need to call and make reservations by September 5, 2006.  Please help us pass the word about this great opportunity to your friends and fellow Buckeyes!

• Buckeye Pub Crawl

Amongst the other events that will be happening in Austin for the Ohio State v. UT weekend will be a Pub Crawl on Friday in the West 6th district of 6th Street. There are several pubs involved and all are with in a several block walking distance. We have happy hour drink pricing lined up at the pubs and food is available at Opal Divine’s and Mother Egans Irish Pub as well as a couple other restaurants in the immediate area.

The crawl will start at 7:00PM and run until 9:00PM or until everyone decides to meander to other events or hotels. Come show your Buckeye pride and cheer the Buckeyes on to victory.
